these guys spiking and kicking the disc are obviously too full of themselves to care about the spirit of the game... and that just sucks.

#14 there, kicking the disc after the point - WTF??! a real ultimate player would never kick a disc, even as a joke

That foul was bad, but right before at 1:36 kicking the disc after a point was a huge douche thing to do. Nice spike at 1:47 cements their reputation.

@UMDCVN This is against several teams at Regionals. Not sure where Michigan was seeded that year, but no team is so good that doing well at Regionals shouldn't get them pumped (even if a team goes to Nationals every year, most regions have legitimate competition and overlooking that tourney can easily lose you your natties bid). Not commenting on the spiking here - just pointing out that it isn't like they're rubbing it in against some garbage team(s).

Spiking isn't a show of unsportsmanship.  It's a show of emotion. Sometimes the two can become intermingled where emotion and attitude are hard to tell the difference between but it's not always the case. However, it's really hard to tell when there's no: score, indication of the difficulty of making those points, etc. I'm pretty sure this was a lower ranked team too. But if you don't like them spiking, don't let them score :p.

And Dearborn has better players.

dude he was faking that huck for sure. 'legitimately open'? you can see people standing still deep in the cutters way. he wasn't going to put it, and i think the knock was accidental.

1:41 - 1:43...wow, a guy gets the disc and is going to make a huck on a legitimately open deep cut and gets knocked to the ground because the sorry ass defender can't get around him. Foul/ Cheat to win...awesome guys, you're almost as bad as North Carolina or Florida...you also have really crappy spirit, and would get rocked by most good teams (cough like BAT against MadCow)
