@halflife103 most cows are fattened up by corn and other stuff that's not that great for them. Grass fed beef is from cows who are only fed grass their entire lives. It's also sometimes called organic beef.

I tried this and it is insane! I love this burger! I went to the farmers market today just to get the grass fed beef. The only thing i did different was bbq it on my gas grill. The grass fed beef is sooooo damn good! Who knew. You gotta try this recipe it rocks!
