@desumeme You grew up unloved.

Disliked because I prefer Pepsi.

Too little, too late, to stop Coca-Cola's declining market share at the time (which wouldn't bounce back until the mid-1980s or so). Nevertheless, an excellent commercial.

@203207ab I guess if I was a wimpy conservative and was deluded that U!S!A! U!S!A! U!S!A! was way better than France and Italy and all them other pussy countries, I might say this commercial would be a great way to rope in those gullible liberals to help continue financing the capitalist juggernaut, as it bullies its way to inevitable extinction.
But since I'm not, I can still wax nostalgic about the sense of togetherness this commercial created, despite being yet more corporate propaganda.

@GeorgeVreelandHill I know I will be 46, but I feel like 20.

"This commercial was made the year I was born-but-they still played it throughout the '70's! Excellent!"

Chauvinist phrases. You're very very far off peace, far off understanding, far off harmony.
You have to learn a lot, otherwise you'll steer yourself and your country into a mess.
You need to overcome your overly nationalism befor it does harm to you and others.
