For more information or to purchase a Losi 1/24-Scale 4WD Rally Car please visit :
http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=LOSB0241 When it comes to mini- and micro-scale vehicles, it's hard to argue that anyone has a broader lineup than Losi. From the original Mini-T to the Mini-LST, Micro-T, Micro Rock Crawler and still others, Losi has proven that it has what it takes to make a solid sub-1/12-scale vehicle. They've taken their expertise and raised the bar with their latest offering that few, if anyone, saw coming in the Losi 1/24-scale 4WD Rally Car. Built from-the-ground-up on an all-new platform this is one chassis that raises the bar in many different areas. The most obvious feature is the addition of full-time 4WD, but there are many other subtle features in this chassis that deserve a look too. From the oil-filled threaded body shocks to the full ball bearings this is a very impressive little car. We were able to sit down with the guy responsible for bringing the 1/24-scale 4WD Rally Car to reality, Losi's own Todd Hodge. Todd provides an insider's look under the body and inside the chassis to let us know what makes this new car special and different from anything else out there.

  • i have one and i want a brushless system how much will it be

  • @jreglin8 Around $100 if you have a Spektrum transmitter.

  • if i wanted to buy tires for this, what kind of tires would i buy? what scale?

  • @JerryMiahGonzo The only wheels and tires for this that I am aware of are either the direct replacements or the ones off of the Micro SCT.

  • is this faster than the micro t?

  • @silysith Yes it is

  • I've been dealing with interference when racing these cars. Is there any way to fix this short of spending the $100 for the brushless upgrade for each car?

  • My brothers hit a wall then the small gear fell out I mean literally we opened the battery compartment and it just fell out

  • @TheLionRichard Losi has a separate ESC that was originally designed for the Micro-T that will work in here. LOSB9530 is the part number, but then you need to also swap out the receiver and servo.

  • @GoingBrushless4X4 if you dont have one out already new to the hobbie

  • @HorizonRCdotCom Hey Mr Todd Hodge from Losi Developer, i hope you are reading a lot of post on the web , and hope that you are going to bring out that BRUSHLESS MICRO MINI for 2012???really dont see the sence of upgrading 150 bucks into it to make it brushless when you could bring it out ... would be sweet and think the buyers of losi would grab them up. Maybe you could pass this on HorizonRCdotcom ?

  • Yea but only on the back cause the micro t/dt are rear wheel drive

  • can u put those tire on the micro t/ DT

  • when are the upgrade components coming out!?!

  • I've never seen 2 guys less enthusiastic about an R/C car. I hope Horizon did not pay them for their time!

  • Holy crap, when did RC cars get so badass and complex. I still remember when they had cables connected to a remote, lol
