Skeletor is the lowest form of life on the planet. He is a billionaire because he defrauded seniors and taxpayers through the Medicare system. He was fined 1.8 billion, yes that is with a B, but he paid that out of his petty cash drawer, because he stole many more billions than they caught him for. He bought a governors chair from the tea heads and repug's and now is at Florida's neck sucking away. Sad!
