  • is noah fleiss in this?

  • He is in the actual movie that this exerpt is from.

  • Hey man. Pretty sweet job of a very good film. You sure do like your black and white :P. I do too = instant noir classiness.

Nice to hear some Aussie accents :p

  • Haha thanks dude! I lurve black and white. It's actually just a lazy film technique so we don't have to think about colour but hey - it works =)

    Go the aussies! Woot!

  • man howdya do the sound tech with the dude hitting u

  • You mean how'd we do the sound effect? I actually can't remember exactly how lol. I think it was a combination of thumping a desk mixed with an archived heartbeat effect. If you mix together a whole bunch of sounds you can generally get the effect you want =)

  • @canthisgetanybetter It's a German accent.

  • Note the blur effect, oh wait it's just out of focus............

  • Great work!

  • The english accent isnt very consistant. though i like the video!

  • I like it. It's a different spin on a really classic scene. It had a nifty 60's Swingin' London crime vibe to it; very The Krays. Excellent work on the lighting. That echo was a bit annoying; it's an intimate scene and the echo works against it. Also the mic picked up too much breathing from the Pin.

  • well done

  • Nice job. I didn't like this at first (acting is a little bit hack), but by the end of the clip I was on board. Nice use of sound, editing, direction. Good job.
