This clip is taken from the 1981 concert live show " DIANA" .In the audience, there were also Muhammad Alì ( Cassius Clay ),Larry Hagman, Quincy Jones and Michael Jackson; the first two of them sang a few song srophes "REACH OUT AND TOUCH ( SOMEBODY'S HAND ).
It's fantastic how Miss Ross keeps the audience in her hands !
The 1970 Diana Ross song "Reach out and touch ( somebody' s hand )", it's a beautiful song of brotherhood , friendship and hope between peoples . I think it's almost better than the 1971 John Lennon song " Imagine " .Diana sang this song in many opportunities : Martin Luther King Celebration ( 1985) and " Tsunami : Concert of HOPE " ( NBC,1/16/ 2005 ). It reached the # 20 in the USA single charts, # 25 in CANADA, # 33 in UK and # 57 in AUSTRALIA.
