After this mission you can rob the bank anytime time you like! To the right of the lift is about 3000 dollars. Not much considering how far you are into the game by this stage but it's still easy money. (Well not that easy) Actually you might be able to do it even before this mission I could be wrong.

I remember how walking on the street after dressing up as a robber would result in a "mission failed" and the game telling me:
"That's right, go around the streets dressed like a lunatic, IDIOT!"
