On May 27, Alliance Home Health Care, a skilled provider of senior home health care in Indianapolis, Ind., hosted a Memorial Day event in remembrance of those who died while in military service and in honor of all living veterans. World War II veterans, along with their families, rode in and had pictures taken in a 1942 Ford GPW Jeep, which has been restored by Alliance Clinical Director Deborah Rood and her husband, Roger Woodward. The jeep has unit markings from Rood's father, who served in Europe during World War II.

Alliance Home Health Care also had story boards to simulate a remembrance session and asked attendees to share their military stories and memories.
