@Angelbikost I personally think neither are "more difficult", unless you don't have both a b-kick AND a pop-cres down. And, naturally you'd have to be comfortable doing both the same direction.

It's like Hans said... it's a "pop cres" with a b-kick "dip" kind of setup. It ends up being the same kick as the RESULT. Just like a pop 360 ~IS~ a tornado kick... it's just a tornado USUALLY begins with the "cheat" setup. :)

Even pop 540s once "existed". They are uncommon NOW though.

When I do this trick, I kick to vertical (i.e. my body is horizontal.) But my prep is still grounded... So is it still an illusion-twist or is it a B-twist?

@Angelbikost Illusion. Unless you do a completely, crap, illusion twist, or unless you're naturally confortable with illusion twists.
