im sorry...but i would not recomend anyone do this, it may be sport specific but the risk of injurie is too great and could end ur days of playing the sport you train for. weighted pushups on gym balls or balance boards are alot safer and very effective

why one arm at a time? dumbbells aren't a good idea unless you can control the weight all the way to the last rep... that ball is not a good idea either, someone got seriously hurt doing dumbbells on a ball like that and it popped and the dummbbell landed on his face
