I tend to gain weight in my lower body (thighs). I'm thinking of purchasing an elliptical, but I've heard that it bulks up the thighs. Is it just at the beginning, and then gradually the fat is lost? I would appreciate some input, thanks!
In the UK we call them Cross Trainers. They are the king of cals burners, i can burn about 1200 cals per hour without a great deal of effort and i weight about 70KG.
WOW, ive been looking for a perfect elliptical machine but couldnt find one that i really like. BUT, the one in this video looks like the one i want. Can someone with knowledge know what model and brand is the elliptical machine in this video?? i really really want the same one. thx in advance.
Increase the incline, use the static bars instead of the moving side bars and your legs will do all the work instead of your arms. Your thighs will be rock-hard in no time!
yeah. i love using the elliptical. my thighs really havent improved much either though and ive been using it for a while now. i havent tried the intervals though.
