George Martin is too praised. We must not forget, that he could only undertsand conventional music, mostly didn´t understand Lennon´s music, talked often distainfully about Lennon´s music, and - after Yesterday - spread the rumor that McCartney was the only composer in the Beatles. George Martin contributed to the split of the Beatles.
