This video provides a demonstration of the Oblique Knee Raise. While positioned on a vertical knee raise machine with your elbows against the pads, contract your abdominal muscles while raising your knees to the left or right of your body until your upper leg is parallel to the floor. Relax your muscles to allow your legs to return to the starting position. Repeat while alternating sides until you have completed your desired reps.
This exercise will work the obliques and abdominals.
