and to think look at all theri friends there chillin wathcin the video being made meanwhile some guy decides not to show up and put a black cloud over everything they all worked so hard on creating...who knows what the video would have looked like if he showed up.

jesus crhist what a douche...Such a powerful song and video, and im not talking about the tears bit, this video still would have been strong even without the tears..It could have been a happy powerful song instead of a sad powerful song...that guy is a real freeking tard. I would have been there three days early helping everyone set up for the shoot. FO REALZ!

The tears in the video are real. In an interview she states that Angus Andrews, her boyfriend at the time, was supposed to show up for the shoot but he was 3 hours late. She was also about to leave to start touring, so she was in a very emotional state.
Karen also says that the song was written for him, so "my Angus please stay" could very well be the meaning behind maps.
