I am in pain watching this. How can such despicable condition exist in this world? The Philippines government must answer to international court about their inhumane treatment to children.

We do have a law supporting these kids/teens but a law isnt enough!Parents and family members of these children still are not educated on proper parenting & livelihood!Parents are the ones in need of education and discipline.There should be a law-a functioning one- that also warns parents-to-be that raising a family isnt as easy as they think it is.

this is sick! 5 yr. old in jail? i hate this government! full of corruption! why cant they do something about this. I'm a proud pinoy but watching this makes me angry! I feel sorry to the unfortunate people.
