wtf, with my msn grand sniper scope, it takes two hits! even on the chest! Wtf? What perks do yous use?

I use the one that makes bullets do more damage and one that makes the bullet go across walls.But when i shot i am for the higher part of the body not lower

i recently unlocked the flash hider and that just made my skills with the grande more terrible

SpringField takes 2 shot's half the time tho. Even with Stopping power on it.
