@scac415 The reason that I do it is because I hate to see something go wrong with a vehicle just because the owner didn't know what they were doing was bad. But some people probably just like to be asses I guess. If I came off like an ass, I am sorry, just wanted to inform :)

I like how everyone is saying it's cold and not to rev it up. How about not rev it up til the oil pressure is built up? Pretty sure that's a bigger concern than revving it while it's cold.

yeah that was definately my first cold start. and then i didnt know much about cars. but now i do so it would be nice if u guys could hold the negative comments

It's just a Ford. And they are just Cherry Bombs. Let's not cream in our pants, child. And "REV IT UP, REV IT UP!" NO! Do you not see snow on the ground? That means IT'S COLD! YOU DON'T DO THAT WHEN THE MOTOR IS COLD! :) Have a good day.
