In the first part of the video, we see TEMPEST AND JERA, both over level 6, neither has boots, starts JERA TEMPEST attack, but only manages to hit it 2 times and TEMPEST escapes easily. In the second part of the video, put the 2 under the same conditions, both over level 6 and none have boots, but ENIGMA can not escape, because the aura of JERA if you have more permanent effects.
