The shooter in this clip is a Risks Inc. special tactics instructor, "Orlando", who is demonstrating one of our core tactical handgun drills. This is a basic shooting drill for all tactical / SWAT / close protection operators. Not only does it test basic handgun accuracy but also basic physical conditioning.
