well, its the spy phone, and the way you get it is, in the game there should be a shield type icon in the top right corner, click it, then click become a secret agent if your penguin is at least 30 days old it will give you a test, answer the questions correctly and you should be a secret agent by the next day (sometimes it takes long). but if your penguin is not 30 days old it wont let you become a secret agent and you'll just have to wait till then. so i hope that answered it, if not sorry
