Give us a break. This is a Sampras video, not a Federer one, you're welcome to go and watch the many Federer videos on youtube instead of posting schoolboy comments like - "Federer is much cooler, ner ner"

I like both Sampras & Agassi... Legends!!!

Spinning a ball from the opposite side of the court and over the net back to yours most definitely IS a trick shot. It comes right out of the Mansour Bahrami book (anything he hits is a trick shot!)

Sampras' serve was too good. it wasn't always serve volley, a lot of his career he stayed back on his serve on non grass surfaces, especially the 2nd serve. But his serve was that good, deep into the corners or swinging into the body. An artform I and many others enjoyed.
I think people who don't work on their serve feel annoyed about Sampras' serve, it is an incredible skill which takes a lot of practise, and those who study it appreciate the skill.

What would Andy Murray do to have a 2nd serve as remotely good as Sampras', that would immediately turn Murray from grand slam contender to grand slam winner I'm sure. Murray has all the shots but his 2nd serve is too attackable against the really top players.

technically this is not a trick shot. The ball boy should have realized the ball when struck had a tremendous amount of back spin. Legally this is not a trick shot becuase the stroke was not disguised. You would have to appeal it to a higher court to have it ruled as an actual trick shot. The ball boy should not have been fooled because Sampras made it obvious that the spin was put on the ball. The entire crowd knew that ball was going to bounce backwards when it landed. No trick here.

Here we go, apparently ten year old ball boy should have realized a tennis player was about play the ball over one side of the net and bounce it back the other side. Facepalm time.....
Arrogance by a poster? Or just total a nonsense post? Clearly the latter.....
