I watched the whole movie on Hulu the other day....No doubt about it: Tommy was entrapped. His employees consistently advised that phony customer that the were not permitted to ship items to Pennsylvania, but they found a way to get him regardless. Shame on John Ashcroft and that bitch A.G. from Pennsylvania.

Just watched it. Great Documentary, thank you for making it. It shows that Freedom is only for the few. Misuse of Power and Misuse of Tax Payers hard earned dollars. Somebody else should have been in Jail. Life, Liberty & Pursuit of Happiness. It is an American right.
