Thank you. I was born in 1960 the year the Beatles began. I guess I was lucky. I had an older sister too and she had a lot of their early singles she played them on a mono record player, so their music was with me from when I was about 4 years old. The Sixties was a great period for Liverpool based groups. It was great, but now I'm an old git, you are still young,you can have the best of both Worlds, well virtualy! If only we had a Tardis! Dr Who, now there's another story...

you are SO lucky....I would've loved have been alive then. I dont like the year i was born in because they ad Techno and all this ther random stuff. Im always criticised because I like (good) old music. I wish I could go to a Beatles concert, to live through all that Beatlemania. I bet it was an awesome time.

Sorry I was stoned when I wrote the reply. It's just that Revolution number 9 and Why dont we do it in the road a are both tracks on the "White Album" Both far from . "I want to hold your hand" But interesting. The White album is very diverse in its musical direction Its my favourite Beatles album next to Revolver and Sgt Pepper.

Thanks. It's great when you see the humour in life. The beatles were great at this, but also had important messages. I am glad I lived at the time they were still together as a group (even though I was very young) I loved the free concert they gave in London, on the rooftops , captured in the film "Let it be" What an era to have lived through. There will never be there like again.
