Each pancake has 250 calories, 30 grams protein, 30 grams carbs and 6.5 fat.

Ingredients:
3 scoops protein powder
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 egg whites
1 banana
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons flax seed
Honey

If cutting: 1-2 pancakes
Bulking: 2-4 pancakes

  • Just made these, they came out pretty great! Only thing is the mixture was a little thin so they came out really thin, crepe style. Maybe its because i didnt add the flak seed or honey. Otherwise they're great! Excellent video
