Okay, I think I get it now...she continuously dumps boyfriends, and the wallet pictures are the only thing she has to remember them by (the title means "Loneliness", BTW). Not a good boy, indeed.
And I checked again, and dang, that *is* the Helicopter/Kotatsu No Mikan girl in that one shot.
