I spent weeks looking for this song. I could not find it on any website, no lyrics or anything, I found it acknowledged only once. It took me 8 tries on limewire to finally find a copy of it. I have no idea why but this is by far the rarest song I have ever found. I hope putting it up here will cause a comeback for keith whitleys greatest and most unrecognized hit.

If anyone can figure out the chord prog in this song let me know. Thanks

EDIT: Okay, apparently it was easy for everyone else to find, just not me. And yes, Charlotte is a town in NC, but not just any town, it is the biggest city in North Carolina and the biggest between Atlanta and Texas.

TRIVIA: All of these pictures of North Carolina are of a beach resort called "Emerald Isle," and at 0:51, that bench where the guy is standing is the exact location I first heard this song.
