When interviewing agents to avoid foreclosure, you need a short sale specialist you has an in house negotiator. I as a short sale specialist have more control over an in house negotiator than I do if I outsource my services. The Steve Horn Team is able to track our results because of our in house negotiator and communicate better with our clients

*30 days to be assigned to a negotiator and appraisal ordered vs average real estate agent who is closer to 60 days
*have more control by having an in house negotiator rather than a 3rd party negotiator
*controlling and hammering the bank to obtain a successful short sale—our mentality is different than most short sale specialists.

Negotiating a short sale takes time and effort. As a short sale specialist in the Phoenix market, I recognize we need a full time negotiator to be successful. Our negotiators on the Steve Horn Team at shortsalesdoneeasy.com have the mentality to achieve successful
results.
