You're not going to get a ticket for recording a cop in public. Is this Glendale Calif? IF you get a ticket, go to court, its your 1st amendment to record in public. No expectation of privacy. THEN FILE A COMPLAINT. Court Dismisses ticket. Then SUE THE COP in Small Claims Court. In California the maximum is $7,500. Set it at that. If the cops a no show? You win by default. No contest. If he does show? HE WAS IN THE WRONG. FRAUDULENT TICKET DROPPED! You win $7,500 either way. GOODBYE TYRANNY!

Maybe you'd like to film me on my bike racing a State Trooper in a Crown Vic on I-71 in Ashland, Ohio from 70mph-110mph. Oh yes, it happened and he smiled. So, there ya go. Cops are horrible, dangerous people who break the law every chance they get and they never do their job. Ok, whatever buddy. And let us know how law school goes!! haha They'll tell you not to sweat the small stuff and to pick your battles. You must be a single only child. Don't worry, your first time will come!!

For some reason t his made sense for him to do that. Just stand by and watch for traffic. He made a slow turn, slower than a bicycle at cruise-speed. This isn't enough for you to put it on YouTube.

Funny how that is the job of the police. Who is policing the police? ME! I have given an accomendation to an officer who deserved it. I also record the officers who deserve that as well. If you are a cop, it is your job to go after the people running through red lights and blowing stop signs, and complain about them.LOL. I dont complain I record. If I were to complain it would be to a district attorney not to the police. I cant wait for law school!
