We are here to do our job as an investigating agency and bring out the truth. Having said that, its baseless to say that we are working under political pressure. There is absolutely no pressure on me or my officials. We are doing our best to bring the truth out.

Abhinav Bharat has come out as having played a key role. Is the ATS planning to question Himani Savarkar, its founder member?

We look at individuals and not organisations when we carry out our investigations. We are not looking at Abhinav Bharat, we are looking at the individuals involved. We have not questioned Himani Savarkar so far, and as yet, there is no evidence against her.

There are reports that an ATS team has left for Delhi. Is it true?

No, its absolutely untrue.

Karkare was investigating against "Hindu Inteha Pasand" movements. He also solved "Samjhota Express" mystery and found and proof a hindu on-duty army Kernel involved in that incident. So your politicians remove him successfully from corrupt political system. Shame you just shame!

Anyways, my sympathy with a great and true officer! Sorry for this huge death!

But don't forget to find the facts and try to find who killed Karkare. You should get out from "Blame Game" and find truth!

Political pressure on Hemant Karkare could not have come from the BJP. He was a member of Maharashtra ATS, so pressure on him came from the Maharashtra government... the Italian National Congress government which was using the state's anti-terror resources for the persecution of innocent Hindus (Sadhvi Pragya and Colonel Purohit). Karkare had protested to R.R.Patil on the afternoon of Nov. 27 that the investigation was fraudulent...and the Congress had him killed by Dawood's men on that evening.
