Finding Keller Tape #4

This is a video to help people to get the keller family tapes in order to get into the national guard armory.
Travel to Rockbreaker's Last Gas and turn to the west, you will see an abandoned shack at the top of a cliff, this shack is the location of the 4th Keller tape. Make your way around the cliff from the left side of the mountain. Enter the shack and the tape will be on the workbench on the left.(Note: This is also where the Victory Rifle is located, if you do not have 100 lock picking you can use Dogmeat to get it.)

In that Very Hard locked cabinet at the end of the vid, is the Victory Rifle, which is the best Sniper Rifle in the game. If you don't have a Lockpick skill of 100, ask Dogmeat to find you a weapon and he'll retrieve it for you! :)
