The video contest is designed to provide an opportunity for nonprofit
housing counseling agencies to creatively portray, through the use of
video, what homeownership has meant to the customers they have
served in the past, or the dream it represents to customers they are
currently serving. Customer feedback can also be combined with other
examples that illustrate the value and benefits of homeownership.

Eligibility:
Contest open to all IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit homeownership counseling
agencies. All entries must be received on or before 5:00 pm EST on
January 31, 2012.

How to participate:
Videos can be submitted via DVD and mailed to Emilee Speck, NeighborWorks America, 1325 G St. NW, Suite 800, Washington DC 20005, or saved and uploaded to NeighborWorks' FTP site at: http://dropbox.yousendit.com/NeighborWorksAmerica-DevCommFTP. Please put "Homeownership Video Contest" in the subject line.

In the message body, please provide a brief description of the video, and be sure to include the name of the organization submitting the entry. Submissions must be no longer than four minutes in length and can be in .MOV, .MP4 or .WMV file formats.

Entries will be judged by an independent panel and will be based on the following criteria: Originality, creativity, communication of the contest theme, and adherence to contest rules. For more information go to http://www.nw.org/network/LANTI12Symposium.asp

Privacy Notice:
By entering the contest you agree that NeighborWorks can post your organization's video to its website or feature it in other venues that promote homeownership. In these instances, credit will always be given to the organization that submitted the video.
