Well i really don't know it's harder if the songs come from compilations, But if they come from a single artist you have to see what music label it's under such as Warner Music or Universal.

how can you tell the difference from the ones that have a copyright protection on them?
I dont want to re-upload them IF theres abother chance of them deleting my account again.

Well some songs just get taken down and some have a copyright protection. The ones that just get taken down there's no consequence for but with the copyright ones you can only get a certain amount of warnings.

I wish they would have did that instead of deleting my original "Brownprideroldies" account!
Let me ask you, IF i re-upload ALL of them again, do you think they will delete the account again some day, OR just take the songs down like you said?

Yeah i need to let you know that now Youtube doesn't warn you about anything. So you won't get emails anymore the video will just simply get taken off.
