  • Guess what. Target has been asked for years to make the changes to remove the accessibility barriers. Target management took the firm stance that accessibility laws only applied to "brick and mortar" stores and it did not apply to web sites.

    It was a clear cut case of discrimination. It took the lawsuit to get Target management to give a damn!

  • it seems like we bitch and sue because someone is being treated unfair. you encounter that shit everyday that you are being treated unfairly. SO we learn to cope with that and get on with our lives. UNLESS it pisses us off so damn bad that we will punch or sue the aggressor. So with that, i say that you grow a pair and quit bitching.
