I got a excersising program not to long ago. There was a yoga pose similar to this one, and whenever I tried to pull my leg in I felt excuriating pain in my knee. Should I just not attempt the pose anymore? I really want to get better, but I'm scared i'm gonna hurt myself again. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

I disagree with you. If you have outer knee pain you should not angle your lower leg at a full 90 degrees. It can be very hard on your knee and put far to much pressure on the outside of it. Be careful with this pose, take it easy and listen to your body.
