I'm not saying that I could do what he just did, but he was swinging his legs so much on the last 15 that he was relying more on momentum to get him up than arm strength.

@hamishjohnson97 have you heard of the concept of specificity of training. more than one way of doing an exercise has more than one training effect. your one size fits all approach to training suggests that you are an amateur. i wonder if you can do anything even remotely physically challenging or your just an "armchair" athlete.
