this is the most chin ups i can do in one go. there not full ROM because there plyometric chinups. so im trying to use the stretch shortening cycle in my muscles to build power. they help for learning muscle ups and things when you need to be able to spring up fast. also because you have to go down fast and then stop befor your arms lock there good for arm jumps (catleaps) in parkour

  • I'm not saying that I could do what he just did, but he was swinging his legs so much on the last 15 that he was relying more on momentum to get him up than arm strength.

  • @hamishjohnson97 have you heard of the concept of specificity of training. more than one way of doing an exercise has more than one training effect. your one size fits all approach to training suggests that you are an amateur. i wonder if you can do anything even remotely physically challenging or your just an "armchair" athlete.

  • ever heard of a wide grip CHINUP not pull up, turn your arms around, stop swinging and don't launch yourself^^^^ such an amateur

  • you got mail.

  • @dciguy01 I solved this lol moisturise youre hands daily and youll be ool!

  • @scottishboy1987, yep I sure do.

  • your going way to fast! slow the hell down, and do'm right!

  • Ignore the dummies posting negative comments. That was awsome buddy. Keep up the hard work. I don't know many people who can crank out that many. I can bang out maybe 20 on a good day.

  • @silentflight1 wow that really does help. its rare to find such a helpful comment on youtube these days.

  • that's 0 correct chin ups, hope this helps

  • ok this counts as arms fully extended. you dont have to go ALL the way down unless you do pull ups
