If the Union had been working with the Management why aren't they (Management,NTUC,PAP) Cheaper,Better and Faster themselves?

Isn't it hypocritical that the NTUC Sec Gen and the Minister of Manpower have multi million dollar salaries and increased their salaries during the downturn?

They should upturn the downturn together right?Is SG Labour Movement's goal to make Singapore the cheapest wage labour in the world?From 1st world back to 3rd world?
