These guys are "La Trinca", a Catalan group who used to sing funny songs, often with political meaning, during the late fascist dictatorship in Spain and afterwards.
The song describes the failed coup d'etat attempted on 1981 by some military heads who desired a return to the dictatorship (where "Sabre dance" is the dance that wants to be imposed by those rebels).
