When it comes to record there is no round record button in either the audio section nor the midi section? Using live lite 8

Hi, do you need a microphone to record just the guitar or can u do it with just an amp? What input do you put in? I hear my keyboard tapping, scratching, and guitar at the same time but I just want the guitar sound..

I recently upgraded to live 8, but now to the best of my knowledge, cannot use any live instruments form the instruments rack because I need operator... Is there any way around this without spending money on operator? Thanks a lot (and thanks for the 33% off!!)

i just got my saffire 6 USB and installed this program on my PC i know basicly how to use this software how ever when i plug in my guitar ime not getting any sound all imputs and outputs are correct... any advise?
