Hi,

Been following your course really enjoying it, hoping to take up Tai chi in a couple of moths when I move to London.

I have noticed that your applications are different from some other applications that I have seen on you tube.

Am I right in thinking that there are several applications for each movemet?

My applications are inspirations of my own and reflect no "authorized" applications from other sources as far as I know. I also have several interpretations of some postures and schemes linking several moves in a set. Much of my inspiration comes from cross-training in Aikido and T'ai Chi.

I'm a beginner at this and found these videos very helpful. It may look easy, but it's not, it's very hard! LOL
