i woke up this morning with my foot aching and could not put any weight on it feels like ive broken a bone but can move everything and as quick as it came it went a few hours later. The exact same thing happened about a month ago except that time it lasted a few days the weird thing is the pain dosnt gradually come then die down is just there then its not and my foot feels fine straight away any thoughts?

IDK... I woke up with my arm messed up and had no injury to create it. That issue began just after the Solar Eclipse on May 20th, and it comes and goes still. I came to realize it is only stuck energies (for me).

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2008 but was having problems before that. I've come to realize that the pain I feel is most likely related to the ascension. This summer has been especially difficult. I ignored in your face hints about the ascension for a long time but realized it's holding me back. I've seen a shaman & began working with a reiki master last week. Since letting go of a lot the most amazing meaningful coincidences have happened to me. Still in pain but dealing with it. Love!

Oh & absolute clangers of headaches yowza!!

I've had everything from heart palpitations (they started back in the 90s), dizziness, hot flashes, tummy/bowel pain/issues, ringing ears, weird eye visuals, flu like experiences which come on very quickly where you have strong aches & need to sleep, achey hips, back, neck & shoulders, nausea & sore feet.
