Participant in the September 2008 IdeaFestival in Louisville, Kentucky, Bjarke Ingels has developed a reputation for big ideas in architecture and design. In the latest IdeaFestival Conversation, he talks about "pleasing as a radical agenda", human capital and exporting Copenhagen harbor water to the 2010 Danish Pavilion at Shanghai Expo 2010. Clearly, no small agendas allowed.

  • @SunshineShrooms Zaha hadid doesn't deserve respect exactly like Ingels....I don't see this big difference between the two

  • @luisnazariodalima1 zaha hadid,is that you?!

  • @MossJenks Why do you think that my appartament block can't be PANTHEON (not Parthenon)?do you think that a rectangular appartament block can't be beautiful like Pantheon? Is this your starting point when you design? If You think this you don't know architecture very well.

I can tell to you one million of appartament blocks so similars and so differents and so beautiful like Pantheon?

Defenetly I don't think that You are pervert I think that you are a mediocre.

  • @luisnazariodalima1

    Well, I'm definitely a pervert!

Your average apartment block is no Parthenon. And a triangular deck? Why not? It'll still hold some planter boxes, a couple of chairs and a BBQ grill. How much do you furnish a deck anyhow?

  • @MossJenks One day a big master said to me...do you want to fight boredom...repeat you element. Is Pantheon boring for you? are Vals thermal baths boring for you? Architecture is gravity and space. Do you need of a triangular unusable space to be satisfied of your self. Are you so pervert? Are You so frustrated?

  • @luisnazariodalima1

Why not? Sure, a lot of his designs are kinda crazy, but somebody needs to be thinking big ideas. What would you prefer, more rectangular glass apartment blocks?

  • THIS IS NOT AN ARCHITECT!!!! JUST A SHOW-MAN.......Oh my....I don't want that our future cities will be designed by this sort of clown
