I had such I potential for this game, took 4 years to come out, I was so exited to kick xenomorph ass and ended up getting a seriously boring shit storm. I think this review is spot on but I would have given it a 3 since the EA demo was 1000x better in every single way possible, animations, good characters, fun and crazy action, better marine interaction and serious motion tracker suspense. I think angry joe puts it best though

I really hope that Gearbox and the publisher lose the lawsuit, they deserve a huge punishment for this mess they call a video game.

Maybe even forced to do the game again and better this time, as along with whatever punishment they receive .

Yeah when you mentioned that they had a lack of money I had a feeling it was Borderlands 2. I also heard that there is a lawsuit against them right now. Well,if Gearbox had more money I'm sure ACM would have been a better game. Lets just hope if there is another game for the Aliens franchise it better be a good one.

It was because of Borderlands 2. The money allocated to make the "Aliens" game was all used up on the Borderlands stuff so Aliens just became rushed.

Fans deserve better than that.

Are you serious? Never knew that!! If the another game was made lets hope its going to be made right and in good hands. I don't get why they were making it look so good and getting everybody excited for it and then when it came out it was just ok.
