Why do you guys keep saying Bruce Lee would have made the show even better?

Bruce lee would have made the show more realistic when it comes to fighting, but no way would have kept the poetic aspect of this series.

Who remembers KungFu for the quality of the fights? not me!

I liked it because of the calm, serenity of the caracters and the "avoid fighting at any cost" thread beneath it.

It was a non violent movie, and Lee would have made it more brutal and aggressive.

In her memoirs, Bruce Lee's widow asserts that Lee created the concept for the series, which was then stolen by Warner Bros. On a December 8, 1971 television interview on The Pierre Berton Show. Lee stated that he had developed a concept for a television series called The Warrior, meant to star himself, about a martial artist in the American Old West (the same concept as Kung Fu, which aired the following year), but that he was having trouble pitching it to Warner Brothers and Paramount.

The intro could be a whole episode.

first four notes missing from the begining. to be from For the love of God.. a few notes are flipped around. but it is close thats for sure. but who's to say he ment to rip it off? we are all a product of what we hear as musicians and if he did get the idea from this tune then he took it miles further than this

The movie would have been so much better if had the person it was intended for... Bruce Lee.

But I must say it still remains a classic among Westerns and Kung Fu genre. Yes! I am a fan.
