TWLOHA acts as a bridge, it helps people suffering with depression, self-harm or suicidal feelings to find help local to them. It is something immediate that is easily accessed and is non-judgemental.

I chose this charity as it means a lot to me personally, the 'me too's are in there for a reason. I would really like to raise awareness of the issues, depression is a killer and if this video speaks to someone and enables them to seek help then it's done its job.
