I like your description of the game, however basic it may be. I think a lot of people would benefit from your descriptions. I don't like how you are skimming over a lot of things and using books from several editions. You use the 2nd edition players handbook and the third edition dungeon masters guide. The books seen in this video would not be used together in one game. You can't use any edition players handbook with any edition monster manual and so forth.

@boogerguy2 if it still matters, the only thing you *Need* to play is a Player's Handbook.
If you're new to DnD, I recommend buying at least 2 player's handbooks (one for the players one for you), a Dungeon Master's Guide, a Monster Manual, and a pre-made quest

i'm getting the forth edition starter kit; does that come with the handbooks, guides and bells and whistles? I need to have the players handbooks and guides to start playing right?
