Una duda, Lo que pasa es qué estoy usando un libro de artes marciales para practicar e introducirme en esto, uso la información del libro para encontrar las técnicas en los videos, ¿Crees que me puede dar buenos resultados practicar de esa forma auto didacta?...

Many victims are still believing the funny MYTH, TKD is 'invented' or 'originated' in Korea.
TKD is an imitation of Karate. Read recent study and testimony.

The first words out of his mouth, karate-do, says a lot. "Do", in the Japanese language, implies a path or way. All of their arts now fall under Budo and Budo does not mean martial art, it means martial way and actually implies there is no enemy and effectiveness is of little concern but practicing is for life develpment, not fighting skills development. No? Don't be fooled, read and study, the truth will emerge. Okinawan karate is where karate really is, they developed it, not Japan.

@ekkenaab As long as you mean 80s hxc then I agree with you =D

@rctsos Wasn't TKD trained in the last century? (just checking if i got my facts correct)
Anyways, that doesn't mean the "copied" as much as they got "influenced" by Karate, I mean, the best martial arts have lot's of influence from other martial arts, that doesn't mean it's a balant copy.

What do you mean by "shotokan karate is freaking hardcore"? I like "hardcore"very much, should i take some lessons of shotokan karate? :))
@rctsos It's is a historical fact that General Choi, the founder of TKD was a student Shotokan under Master Funakoshi. So were is the mystery? There are other styles however such as Moo Doo Kwan that seem to be more Chinese in origin however. But styles like TKD and Tang Soo Do even have the same kata.

@rctsos TKD actually started under Funakoshi Gichin. The Korean then went back to Korea and started TKD. When I returned from Japan in 1965, TKD was beginning in the area I lived. I met the teacher and he taught the same Heian kata I had learned with the JKA. Later they dropped them completely and I am sure it is because of the long time hatred between the two nations. Since then TKD has changed into a completely different form of activity. They will deny it, history says otherwise.
