Yes, you should post more. If I had read your narrative, I wouldn't have asked about the organ. I love Moller. Ther're tonally, very smooth.

I tried playing this in church for the offertory and the R***manites all started playing their guitars and banjos to try to drown me out... I don't think they liked it...

Probably 4/4, you know... in the evangelistic timing! lol!

Is it in 4/4 or 6/8?

Hey! How are you? Yes, I completely remember you! Yeah, I can't wait till YC either! eehhh, I did okay on this. I like the theme though... I want to try and post more soon, so keep checking back. Are you coming out for Fine Arts?

Nice start! Pierre Cochereau emphasized the rhythm. You did that very convincingly. **Story about the Corno D'amore 8' ("fancy name for an oboe") comment from Manchester: The Rodgers rep played a custom 4-man. in Needham, MA, which commanded an old 3-man. Aeolian-Skinner. He had a stop labeled as such. Since we had two oboes on the Trillium 927, I went with the suggestion, yes, a FANCY name for an oboe! (Where is the nice Moller that you're playing?)

Thanks! I've been taking lessons now for almost a year (though, I've played Clarinet for almost six, and oboe for almost 2), and I've really come to love and appreciate the art of improvisation. I've tried to use some of what you said in the workshop (ostinatos, clusters). Very interesting about the Corno d'amour! I am playing on the Moller which is located at the United Methodist Church in Lancaster, California. A very small, but good organ! I'll try and post more soon!
