it's not the drugs.. it's simply normal for us to feel that way! it doesn't matter how young or old or if this is your first or even 10th child u want to have! i lost my baby when i was 8 months pregnant and i've been trying for another one for a year and it ain't happening. i am almost 30 and it's been a crazy journey (already) for me and my husband trying to get pregnant. sometimes i think i am a nut case and my husband doesn't deserve to put up with me.. it is sad to see someone else suffer:(

My husband & I start our first IVF cycle in the new year.I came across your blog after searching for IVF stories to help me prepare for what we will be going through.I love how upbeat & optimistic you are.I try to have the same outlook, although I do have pretty bad days & we haven't even started yet! We are fortunate as we live in New Zealand & the government here funds up to 2 tries.So lucky! I also have to say I didn't think you were over 25 and was so surprised when you said you were 39!
