REUPLOADED for better video/sound figured I had put off this tune long enough. I kinda went with some stuff that didn't sound too hard to arrange. Surprisingly, this wasn't that difficult either as I came to find. I think it's halfway decent. The arrangement kinda filled itself in. Described by someone who requested it as a really sweeping powerful orchestral piece, I'd have to agree! :) It really captured the grand scale of the scenes it generally accompanied.

  • This music mostly plays when the guys fight giant enemies. A picture of Stay Puft would've been better suited for this music.

  • Ehh not really. The Boogieman encounter used the music so :P

  • There don't look to be too many clear bits of this on the DVD set. There is a brief bit in "The Bogeyman is Back"

it has that really awesome synth that sounds like it could cut like a laser. Really gives this song that edge.

  • I did the same thing with "The Bogeyman is Back" It's hard to do and every time I;m on edge hoping little effects are heard during the piece. Another episode that has a good music track is "Knock, Knock"

  • I think Last Train to Oblivion has some too. Knock Knock I got annoyed with all the sounds and proton blasts of the ghosts being pulled back.

  • There are some great portions of this in Egon's Dragon which is one of the music/effects tracks on the DVD. Maybe it will be possible to rip some great audio from the eps and put this together for real!

The use of this in "Knock Knock" was so insane. The "whole do not open til doomsday" thing was nutty. The climax when they all decided that they would essentially commit suicide to close the door with this music and awesome animation was a great example of how this show consistently achieved cinematic heights of earnest intensity seen on few other shows (and still be funny!). The Ragnorok n' Roll episode was epic nutty to

  • The best episode with this music is when the Ghostbusters fought Killawatt

  • @zackgb I agree. The Boogieman was pretty big time if I remember correctly. After all, it is the Boogieman.

  • This is one of my favorite pieces from the show's score. My favorite use was during the episode where Peter's Dad frees that demon from the ice. Awesome scene.

  • This also makes me think of "Knock, Knock." I think this plays when they make that sphere pull back all the ghosts that got out. Epic episode.

  • *______________* lovit x3
